Dear Panha As I'm getting ready to leave Cambodia, I thought I'd drop you a quick note to say thank you. I've really had a special time, particularly in Siem Reap, and I'm very happy I made the decision to come to Cambodia, despite my reservations about traveling here alone. I cannot fault in any way the hotel or guide (Narin) in Siem Reap. I will have very special memories of Siem Reap. I have to say though that I really don't like the Hotel Cambodiana...particularly as I won't get any sleep tonight due to a very big wedding party...but again, my tour in Phnom Penh has been very good. I will certainly recommend that my friends and family contact you if they plan a visit here. In the meantime, if you wish me to act as a referee should anyone wishing to visit from the UK request one, or write a testimonial for your company, I would be very happy to do so. Dear Panha Amazing Angkor Tour gave us the most fantastic experiences of their beautiful country! We searched the internet for a tour group and discovered that Amazing Angkor charge less for a private guide, private driver, 3* hotel accommodation, all breakfasts. Lunches and 01 dinner (with entertainment) included. We were met at Siem Reap airport by our guide and driver and taken to our hotel, CASA Angkor, it was excellent; spacious room, massive bed, Sky TV, ensuite with huge walk-in shower, swimming pool, gym and spa. We had been traveling for seven months already so our chins hit the floor. Then the real adventure began. We visited the floating village and all the major and many minor temples on a 5day/4 night tour. Passing through the villages and sailing on Tonle Sap Lake you get to see daily life in Cambodia. The temples are sensational. We were so glad to have our own private guide and not be in one of the large tour groups on a tourist conveyer belt like everyone else was. We got to spend as long as we liked, exploring every inch. Our guide had a fantastic knowledge of the Khmer people and the temples. He showed us exactly where to take the best photos and could answer any questions we asked him. We had the best time ever. Hi, I'd just like to thank AAT for the fantastic holiday you arranged for me and my family. We are from Malaysia and had never been to Cambodia before. We spent 4 days in Siem Reap and 4 days in Phnom Penh. It will definitely be a trip we will remember forever. While we were in Siem Reap, our tour guide was Narin, and we recommend AAT use him for all tour groups. He was informative, friendly, professional and understood exactly what we wanted. Thanks Narin! And the Somadevi Hotel was a lovely place to stay in. However in Phnom Penh, the Princess Hotel was not so good, it is quite old and it did not have some basic facilities like a kettle in the rooms.
